Okay, so maybe it’s not exactly a farm….yet. But here’s a picture update of all of our animals and gardens!
First and foremost. The goats are the most amazing addition! I love Ben and Jerry. They are crazy and obnoxious, but they are so hard not to love :).
The birds and Korben Dallas the barn cat are also doing spectacularly – though we’ve got one chicken (Goldie) who’s been broody for like a month now, and I just found out Evelyn joined her broodiness today! Dang Buff Orpingtons! But the ducks are getting more friendly and have been enjoying the rain :). And Korben had kittens!! We haven’t been able to get any pictures yet, or interact with any of them, but we’re so excited!!
Also, here’s a whole bunch of flowers from our Spring at the Homestead. Spring is very nearly my new favorite season. But I think Summer still tops it. Winter has been bumped down to third. I’ll keep you informed if Spring jumps into first place next year :).
